We have been very pleased with the overall quality of the work done to renovate an C18th cottage, putting in a modern bathroom and kitchen without losing the sense of the historical character. The team were cheerful and polite at all times; their skill levels were high, particularly carpentry, plastering, electrics, decoration. They were impressive problem solvers and although we wanted the work completed sooner than it was (so star rating 4.5) we did recognise there were unforeseen challenges. Costs seemed par for the course and were well explained.
